The quality of preschool teachers is the guarantee for the quality of early childhood education,and is also the cornerstone of national quality.At the beginning of 2018,the person in charge of the Department of Education of the Ministry of Education stated that the overall quality,professionalism and innovative ability of Chinese teachers in the next 15 years will be greatly enhanced.A group of key teachers,outstanding teachers and educator teachers will appear in the public view.Excellent kindergarten teachers should also have a place in this huge team.How to select such outstanding people has become a problem that needs to be solved.In recent years,the evaluation of preschool teachers has become a hot topic in preschool education research.Research has been carried out based on the corresponding standards of the perspective of kindergarten teachers' access,qualification assessment and quality supervision,etc.,and the evaluation of preschool teachers should also have a hierarchical perspective.Sex,from new teachers to master teachers,should have different evaluation criteria.The evaluation index system of excellent preschool teachers constructed in the study has a certain degree of operability,which aims to promote the development of preschool teacher evaluation tools and provide a reference for the improvement of the overall quality of preschool teachers.The process of constructing the evaluation index system for excellent preschool teachers is sorted out and the thesis is divided into five chapters.The first chapter proposes the problem,which shows that the reason for selecting the topic is that the evaluation of preschool teachers should be developed scientifically and hierarchically.The connotation of excellent preschool teachers and the index system is elaborated.The research on outstanding preschool teachers at home and abroad is organized and the research content is divided into two parts: First,explore the characteristics of outstanding preschool teachers and turn them into rating indicators.Second,scientifically allocate the weights of rating indicators at all levels.The second chapter is the study design,to determine the three types of research objects of this study,namely,pre-questionnaires,formal questionnaires and practice verification questionnaires.The questionnaire method was used as the main data collection method.In constructing the initial questionnaire,two methods were used: combing and interviewing.After the initial questionnaire and formal questionnaire were issued,the data was analyzed using spss,amos,matlab and other software.The third chapter constructs the evaluation index system for excellent preschool teachers,explores and constructs the initial evaluation index of excellent preschool teachers from the study of interview materials and the quality structure of teachers,and advises the experts to adjust the indicators and issues the “ Characteristics of Excellent Preschool TeacherPerformance”,"Quality Questionnaire for Outstanding Preschool Teacher Evaluation Indexes",the study determined exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to determine the evaluation indicators as 4 first-level indicators,10 second-level indicators,and 42 third-level indicators,and adopted the analytic hierarchy process.The index weights are configured to form a complete rating system for outstanding child care teachers.Three preschool teachers were evaluated using the constructed system,and the evaluation results were analyzed.The fourth chapter discusses,according to the results of the study,the selection of evaluation indicators,the allocation of index weights,and the value of the index system itself.The fifth chapter puts forward reasonable suggestions for the research suggestion from the perspectives of the construction of the evaluation index system for excellent preschool teachers,the application after construction,the growth environment for outstanding preschool teachers,and the training of pre-service teacher education.
