The thought of "synthesis" and "practice" has a very clear expression in primary school mathematics teaching materials and teaching materials, while in the mathematics learning,teachers are lack of the awareness of "synthesis " and "practice" thinking, The study combined the literature method and case analysis method, and objects of study are pep edition in the second period elementary school mathematics teaching material and teaching activity “statistics and probability” plate case. From the perspective of “comprehensive and practical” system, the researcher analyzed “statistics and probability” plate on teaching materials and teaching activity cases presented the teaching content, the intention of writing, the embodied teaching ideas and goals, and the thinking method reflected in the study.From the analysis of teaching activity, the researcher found there are also some problems in the process of teachers’ teaching.From the analysis of case in the textbook, the researcher drew the following conclusions:elementary school mathematics statistics and probability plate pay attention to the association with students’ life, the internal relationship of the knowledge, students’ existing knowledge experience, the cultivation of the students’ ability to solve problems, and the exploration process,as well as students’ innovation consciousness. The researcher summarized and put forward some suggestions for the implementation of the first line teachers in practical teaching based on teaching objectives: teachers should create actual problem situation linked to student’s life;teachers should further study the teaching material and create a variety of teaching activities;teachers should adopt diversified teaching methods and learning methods,and to penetrate integrated ideology;teachers should also focus on the relationship and integration of internal mathematics knowledge; teachers are supposed to design targeted mathematical activities to cultivate the students’ inquiry ability;teachers should explore and integrate teaching resources in-depth and teachers should provide powerful basis for teaching activities...
