With the increasing of international exchanges and the development of the Chinese political, economic and cultural, The city’s internationalization degree is increasing day by day, Attracting more and more foreigners and returned overseas Chinese. In order to effectively solve the problem of the education of the children, they build domestic bilingual school in the city. The appearance of bilingual school better carry out the concept of education internationalization, which complied with many foreign friends and returning Chinese education demands. Also it has injected new ideas and vitality for the domestic sports education.As a physical education class teaching with bilingual school, they have both Chinese and foreign teachers, So what kind of impact will produce with both Chinese physical education teachers and foreign teachers of physical education for students to exercise induced emotional respectively? In order to study the problem, this article uses the literature material method, observation method, questionnaire survey method, experimental method and mathematical statistics, research methods are expounded.This study takes Shanghai xiehe bilingual school as an example, Select the 100 students of four classes in grade8, On the choice of teachers, and the choice of teaching contents are consistent, 8 weeks of experimental intervention respectively. The results show that:(1)China’s physical education teachers in exercise induced mood total score on the effect on the students presented the difference, P < 0.05, In dynamic excitation, physical fatigue and positive input dimensions also showed difference, P < 0.05, score than before the experiment after experiment.(2)The foreign teachers in physical education on students’ exercise induced mood scores on the effects of a significant difference, P < 0.01, in the dynamic excitation, physical and mental calm, physical fatigue and positive input dimension are presented the difference, P < 0.05, and after the experiment of scores are higher than before the experiment.(3)before the Chinese teachers and foreign teachers of physical education in the experimental exercise induced mood scores or on the four subscales score had no difference, P > 0.05; After the experiment, the Chinese physical education teachers and foreign teachers of physical education on the influence of exercise induced mood scores of students exist significant difference, P < 0.01, Effect on the four subscales mainly on dynamic excitation and actively put into two dimensions show obvious difference, P < 0.05, Foreign teachers are doing better in arousing the students’ interest in class and vitality as well as the student’s positive input and participation in class; In body and mind calm and physiological fatigue scores on two dimensions, and had no obvious difference between foreign teachers of physical education, P > 0.05, The influence on student of these two dimensions are at the level.Through the analysis of the above results, this study draws the following conclusion:(1)After eight weeks teaching by the Chinese teacher of physical education teaching, improve the overall level of the students exercise induced mood, promotes the student dynamic excitation and the development of positive emotional input dimension and the Chinese physical education teachers motivate the vitality of the students in class, energy, improve the enthusiasm of the students in class, at the same time brings students physical and mental fatigue.(2) after 8 weeks after the foreign teachers’ sports teaching experiment, students exercise in the overall level and energy excitation induced the mood, body and mind calm and positive to improve the input level obviously, the foreign teachers in physical education on students’ emotion has a good excitation, regulate and promote the role, but also lead to the improvement of the students physical fatigue after the experiment.(3) after 8 weeks of physical education teaching, foreign teachers influence on student’s exercise induced emotions both in the overall level, or in the dynamic excitation and positive input dimension is superior to the Chinese teachers in physical education, better arouse the students’ interest in class and vigor, improve the students’ enthusiasm to participate in physical exercise, promote the development of students’ mental health; But the influence on student’s body and mind calm and physiological fatigue dimensions, with the Chinese physical education teachers, there is no significant difference between the two parties.
