The traditional way of student evaluation is mainly based on paper and pen tests and teacher evaluation. Under the new curriculum standard, the times calls for a diversified evaluation standard. Based lower grades of primary school language teaching practice, attempts to establish a lower grade Chinese teaching middle school students’ Chinese learning ability evaluation system, improve the pupils’ Chinese comprehensive accomplishment, to evaluation and promote students’ all-round development.In the course of the study, the author according to the elementary school language teaching objectives ", to the elementary school language new curriculum standard" as the basis, combined with practice experience in Chinese teaching in primary schools, according to the first grade and t he second grade of different stage goal, in listening, speaking, reading, write four aspects of formulating specific rubric.The evaluation criteria are divided into three parts for teacher evaluation, student evaluation and parents evaluation. In the implementation process, by the students, parents and teachers to participate in the process of evaluation and summary evaluation of the combination of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation, combined with the final formation of the evaluation r eport.From "low grade of elementary school students’ Chinese learning capability evaluation report", we can see, low grade students, compared with a strong interest in Chinese study, have good learning habits, listening and reading ability is relatively strong, written and oral expression ability is relatively weak. In this regard, the author puts forward the relevant suggestions for improvement.After evaluation, we can see that the practice of the study, by the teachers, students and parents of the affirmative, to improve the teacher’s "teaching" and the students "learning" provides an effective reference.
