In this paper, Shanghai and Taiwan mathematics curriculum standards and mathematics textbooks were a comparative study of the two want to come to curriculum standards and teaching material differences, and the future curriculum standards and textbooks written in Shanghai, especially the two curriculum amendments provide valuable reference information.On curriculum standards, in order from three aspects of the curriculum, course objectives and course content.On the textbook, in turn proceed from the four aspects of the structure, content, for example, exercises and graphic layout materials.During the study,mainly adopted methods by content analysis, comparative research, literature research and statistical analysis.Through a comparative study the findings.(1) Two similar curriculum, students have to meet the "commonness and individuality," "lay a solid foundation and development capacity," the basic needs in mathematics learning.(2) Representation of two quite different curriculum goals, Shanghai " class standard " to establish a multidimensional, hierarchical target system, more comprehensive and specific.(3)Although the content of the two courses of the same parts, but in a specific chapter,Shanghai Taiwan courses slightly difficult course.(4) The two materials in the structure although there are similar parts, but Hanlin Taiwan version of the materials used in the secondary structure(Chapter 1- Section), while Shanghai and Shanghai Education Press textbook preclude the use of the tertiary structure(chapter- section-hours).And the Shanghai Education Press textbook has more "attention", "think", "problem" sections and other characteristics, inspire and guide the students of very valued.(5) Two editions of textbooks for the same content knowledge in the selection of the breadth, depth, and the difficulty is not the same, such as index and logarithmic functions, conic, vector calculus and so on.(6) Taiwan Hanlin editions for more attention to examples of typical demonstration effect, the use of "one case of a practice" mode, so that students have learned through imitation deepening consolidation, and the Shanghai Education Press textbook pay more attention to students’ autonomous learning, inquiry-based title set get more.Two textbook cases of exercise selection are well reflected in the mathematics and other subjects,mathematics and real life are closely linked.(7) The two materials are accompanied bymany illustrations to attract the attention of students, to stimulate students’ interest in learning mathematics.Wherein Hanlin edition textbook layout more fresh and natural,while the Shanghai Education Press textbook layout it appears rigorous silence.On the basis of comparative research on the preparation of curriculum standards and textbooks in Shanghai put forward some suggestions.(1) In the preparation of curriculum goals, it should be simple and clear language of form and methodical.(2)In the study of a specific knowledge of the process, we should pay more attention to teaching this discipline in other areas of the application of this knowledge.(3) Books for the study of all the issues, including the examples set and solution should reflect the way of thinking appropriate knowledge content.(4) For some preparation and knowledge can be timely and appropriate university pathway was infiltrated.(5)Textbooks should introduce more about the history of mathematics mathematician presentation materials.(6) Exercise capacity of textbooks should be reduced, and reduce the difficulty part of exercise, and enhance targeted exercises.(7) Textbooks graphic layout should be set more colorful and enhance students’ interest in learning mathematics.
