The rapid development of information technology and the widespread popularity of smart phones, a series of things named by "micro" on the big stage of people’s life step by step, "Micro era" rich a lot of people’s life information, speed up the pace of life, at the same time change the way people’s communication and exchanges. For college students, the "micro era" in their life, learning and communication, etc all have important influence. Especially the college students’ interpersonal aspect, has had a huge impact, also appeared many problems, these problems not only affect the study and life, but also will influence the development of his personality and character. Therefore, to explore under the background of "micro era" college students’ interpersonal relations, has important theoretical and realistic significance.Under the background of this article around the "micro era" the question of college students’ interpersonal relationships, study from the following several parts. The first part, on the basis of the interpretation of the "micro era" and the connotation of college students’ interpersonal relationship, main content and characteristics, further reveals the "micro age" under the background of college students’ interpersonal virtualization, mechanization of emotional communication, information communication and fragmentation, interaction between equality, social object relationships characteristics of diversification. The second part, the paper analyzes the influence and the reasons from both positive and negative aspects that the "micro era" effect on college students’ interpersonal relationship. Analyzed the reasons for the existing problems, namely the "micro era" the diversity of information dissemination content, college students’ own cognitive ability is insufficient, the complexity of the psychological environment, the limitations of interpersonal relationship. The third part, the paper puts forward the "micro era" in the context of optimizing college students’ interpersonal countermeasures.
