Research On The Public Service Path Of Sports Industry Based On Cloud Platform

Since the Reform and Opening,the economy of our country has been developing rapidly.The living standard of people improves continuously. People have begun to put more attention to the mental and physical health, thus more and more people began to participate in all kinds of sports activities to exercise and watch major sporting events to cultivate the spirit of sport. These changes boost the development of our country ’s sports industry, and performance in the expand of our national sports industry, the deepen of industrial segments, and the innovation of development concept. At the same time, there are still many shortcomings about the development of our national sports industry:,such as the sports industry policies and regulations are not sound enough;mass sports consumption awareness is still very weak;the form of the sports products is single, lack of innovation; the investment channels of sports industry are less, the total investment is low compared to developed countries, and so on. To a certain extent, these problems can be classified as public service issues of sports industry, public service issues of sports industry have restricted the healthy development of our national sports industry, must be resolved.Besides, the increasingly wide application of big data and cloud computing platform technology offers us new thoughts on the informatization and diversification of the high-quality public service in sports industry. This paper is based on cloud computing technology, which belongs to modern information science technology, use literature 、the method of qualitative analysis and so on to do a study of public service of sports industry, and the following conclusions:1.Cloud platform of the public service of sports industry led by the government, enterprises,social organizations and people is to develop the diversity of main body of the service of the sports industry.2.The digital demand of sports industry public service quality and the sustainable development of sports industry public service urgently need the establishment of cloud-platform sports industry public service system. The gradually greater and diversified public service demand of the masses makes it possible to construct the sports industry public service cloud platform, and the maturity & wide application of cloud-platform technology offer the guarantee for constructing the sports industry public service cloud platform.3.The service path of sports industry public cloud service platform diversified body has been designed, it includes government body providing services, business optimization services,third sector collaboration services and public participation to improve service, showing the service function of diversification body.4.The design of the database content is the key to cloud platform, the sports industry public service cloud database build path of this paper consists of sports industry public service business, social organizations, people, projects, property and the building of places database to achieve, reflecting the diversity and system of database construction.5.The instant messaging system is to supply the public service with the instant messaging tools, so that it can improve all kinds of information service, for example, consultation, venture,investment and son on.6.The instant messaging system, based on the public service of sports industry, can provide the user the information of the law, the work and the policy, make these information free, precise and open.7.The instant messaging system based on the cloud platform, can be used to supply the user the information of product and service, build the new model of O2 O of sports industry, and improve the business of sports industry.
