With the rapid development of "internet + education",educational cloud platform based on cloud computing technology has become the basis of online education.Education cloud platform integrate a variety of applications, covering teaching,management, evaluation, social interaction and other service, for education managers,teachers,students,parents and other users. Communication between services requires a unified message service mechanism to ensure the use of fluency, and the communication between users through the message service mechanism to ensure the smoothness of message and convenience of communication. But Message in educational cloud platform is various, numerous and dynamic, so real-time performance and reliability of message service is facing great challenges. But relied on traditional "request-response" mode, message service in message real-time push,message reliable delivery is poor, which causes message delay and message loss affecting the user's normal communication. Therefore, it is very important to provide real-time and reliable message service in educational cloud platform.This paper takes message service of educational cloud platform as the research topic, and the main work includes three aspects.Firstly, the status and requirements of message service are analyzed. On the basis of investigating the construction of message service of fifteen typical educational platforms at home and abroad, analyzing the technology of real-time communication and message middleware, the user characteristics, business process and function requirements are analyzed, and the overall architecture and functional architecture of the platform are designed.Secondly, the message service technology scheme and key problem solving strategy is elaborated. According to the requirement and design of the platform, two technology schemes of WebSocket/Database and WebSocket/RabbitMQ is designed.By comparing the mechanism and performance of them, the implementation route is determined that RabbitMQ storages and routes message, WebSocket transits and pushes message. The working model of WebSocket/RabbitMQ message service is constructed, solving oriented sending, real-time pushing, reliable delivery and personalized setting four key issues.Finally, the message service is applied and achieved in starC educational cloud platform. In the light of technology scheme and model, message sending, receiving,answering and unbinding interface are designed, and message service is achieved in starC educational cloud platform. Currently, message service of starC educational cloud platform has been put into use and works well.
