Teacher professionalization is one issue of globalization. Since the 1960 s, many countries drew up the different objectives and standards in the world. To speed up the teachers professionalization and promote the teachers’ quality, the professional development of teachers has become a outstanding issue. Quality education aims at achieving the development of teachers.Unless the teachers quality is promoting, the quality education can not act in effect. Teacher professionalization has become admitted of no delay.Accepting long time of professional train is an important factor and index. A critical point of deepening the reform is lifting the teachers’ academic level in the primary and secondary school.Since the founding of new China in 1949, our country required teachers’ academic level from elementary school to today’s master degree. Putting the teachers’ academic level to master degree is not only the trend, it is also the need of carrying out the idea of lifelong learning and people oriented. In Shandong province of the developed area of population and education, the master degree’s teacher has added quickly. As the group of highly educated degree in the primary and secondary school, how the specificity exists? Which factors have affected the teachers’ professional development? How to set a high quality of graduate education of these teachers? It is vital to reinvigorate China through human resource development.Through looking up the large number of document literature at home and abroad, and as the Yelan’s theory for guidance, the study surveys the graduate education of Shandong province’s teachers’ professional development ‘s condition and influence with the method of theoretical and empirical research. According to comparison of bachelor degree’s teachers, the master degree’s teachers is in a good condition as a whole. But it also has existed some problems: totally the professional affection of satisfaction is not high and the pressure is too much,practical professional knowledge is not in proportion with degree,professional ability’s structure is not reasonable totally. The influence of the graduate education of these teachers is from the aspect of teacher self and their families, school and society group activity. Thus the study promote the relevant suggestion. Teachers need to set up the right occupation concept, study the practical knowledge and enhance the ability; The institutes need to add the teaching force, set the reasonable curriculum and found the professional teachers’ training organization; the schools need to provide the relevant pre-career train, create a good atmosphere of school and increase the proper competition activities.
