With the development of science and technology and social economy, with the deepening of the education teaching reform, comprehensively promote quality education in China, under the background of the implementation of the strategy of developing the country by relying on science and education, in order to better adapt to the needs of the development of economic and social development, to the development of the students. Put forward "for the students, improve the biological science literacy, advocate inquiry-based learning, pay attention to contact with the real life" four new curriculum idea. Of which advocate inquiry-based learning is trying to change the student’s study way, help students to understand the nature of science, guide students to actively participate in, start work diligently, highlight the cultivation of innovation spirit and practice ability, which is the necessary condition to cultivate students in the 21 st century. In our biology teaching mainly through the problems to explore the columns to advocate inquiry-based learning, especially the first-line teachers. This study aims to analysis and combined with the specific teaching situation and through the questionnaire survey, found the problem that exist in the column in the current high school biology teaching, and puts forward the corresponding optimization strategy.This research mainly uses the methods of literature, questionnaire, statistics, case analysis.Paper main body includes six parts:The first part is introduction. Mainly expounds the research background of this topic, the present situation, significance, ideas and methods.The second part is outline. First to define the concept, analyzes the problems to explore the characteristics of the column and education value, and then illustrates the theoretical basis of problem study section teaching.The third part the study of high school biology teaching material analysis of columns.Study on biological problems for high schools are columns are analyzed, summed up the problems to explore the composition, sources, types and number of columns.The fourth part, the problem of high school biology study section of the investigation of the status quo of the teaching.Through the study of the current high school biology section teaching present situation investigation found problems, mainly teachers’ understanding of problem study program concept, content is not clear;Teachers’ understanding of problem study column value needs to be improved;Teachers to discuss issues of treatment still needs to be perfect;Students on the role of problem study section needs to be enhanced.The fifth part the problem of high school biology to explore section teaching strategyoptimization. In view of the present study of high school biology columns problems existing in the teaching status quo, put forward the optimization strategy. To make this program can better stimulate students’ learning biological interest and motivation。 Transform students study way,rote learning to experience comprehension, passive accept to explore independently, struggle alone to cooperation and communication, and making it better biological teaching.The sixth part is conclusion and prospect. Combed the entire research conclusion and the deficiency existing in the research for the reflection and outlook.
