With the advent of the Internet era, people’s ideology is changing all the time.Not only that, the Internet age has changed the way of education, and the educational philosophy. Since 2012, massive open online course(English full name is Massive Open Online Course, or MOOC) as a new application form in the field of Internet technology, education industry showed blustery trend and quickly get the attention of the people. Wikipedia’s definition of a MOOC is "a participant in the distribution of the country, and curriculum materials are distributed among network programs", and "the bigger the course is open, and its running effect will be better". MOOC broke the limit of time and space, gether the teachers and learners all over the world.MOOC platform services varied, participants learn the characteristics of varied,how to better meet the needs of users of the MOOC platform, or that users are more likely to choose what kind of MOOC platform, this is a worthy study problem. Not only that, with the flourishing development of MOOC within a few year’s time, the process also appears a series of problems, such as high dropout rates and immature domestic MOOC platform development problems. Therefore, this research from the perspective of the theory of planned behavior, combining the theory of diffusion of innovation theory and learning evaluation, etc., factors influencing the users use the MOOC is put forward.This research through the empirical research method to analyze the influence factors of affect the users who using MOOC. In qufu normal university,who had MOOC use experience of college students as the research object, the consult, studied about MOOC, on the basis of a large number of relevant literature, combined with their own experience and constructivism learning theory, and the theory of planned behavior theory, learning evaluation, put forward the factors that influence the user use the MOOC and make assumptions on the relationship between the various factors,at the same time, to establish the relationship of MOOC factors of the relational model. On this basis, the design of the factors that affect the users use MOOC questionnaire, the questionnaire to make use of SPSS 19.0 test, delete the validity of the project which does not meet the reliability.In qufu normal university the issuance of the questionnaire.On the basis of statistics and data analysis, built by AMOS17.0factors affecting users use MOOC structural equation model. To validate the conceptual model, analysis and correction, and for a reasonable interpretation of the concept model and the results of the analysis. in the end, the following researchconclusions: concentration degree, learning motivation, MOOC course,characteristic, platform, interactive interface, MOOC innovative and customized are factors that affect users who use MOOC. Among them, the concentration degree can directly affect the using result; Interface characteristic can directly affect the use result, also can be used by influencing the learning motivation influence as a result,also can be used by influencing the platform interactive indirectly affect the resul;Learning motivation can influence the use, can also be used by influencing the learning focus which affect the results; MOOC course can directly affect the using result; Learning motivation can influence the use, can also be used by influencing the learning focus which affect the results; MOOC course can directly affect the using result; MOOC platforms have a direct effect on the result of the use, can also affect the MOOC through social recognition and indirectly affect the using result; MOOC social recognition can be used directly affect the results; MOOC innovation characteristics have a direct effect on the result of the use; MOOC effort can directly affect the use result, also can use indirect impact as a result, by influencing the MOOC platform MOOC implement degree of efforts can affect MOOC course can indirectly affect the using result. Finally, according to the results of data analysis, put forward the MOOC platform construction of relevant strategies and Suggestions.
