Research On Curriculum Management Of Career Planning In Ordinary High School

The previous research of senior middle school career planning curriculum management in our country mainly focuses on the study of vocational senior middle schools, which is rarely aimed at the one in general middle schools. In 2014, the State Council promulgated Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Examination and Enrollment System and decided to start the comprehensive reform experimental units of College Entrance Examination, which regulates that students’ College Entrance Examination scores will include the unified marks of Chinese, mathematics and English,as well as the academic level test results of the three subjects chosen by the students’ independent opinion. Therefore, career planning guidance for students’ autonomous choice makes career planning curriculum become a necessity. Without existing theoretic system and abundant experience to rely on, this thesis, based on literature, questionnaires and interviews, analyzes the management of the general senior middle school career planning in D City and identify the problems. This thesis is also based on the three level curriculum management system of our country, takes the development of the school based curriculum as the key point, and summarizes the measures for the management of the general senior middle school career planning.The research content of this thesis includes four parts: The first chapter mainly expounds the research background and significance, research status at home and abroad, the main contents and methods, and concept definition.The second chapter, through the investigation and analysis of the questionnaire and interview contents, analyzes the setting, situation and evaluation of general senior middle school career planning curriculum in D City.The third chapter analyzes the problems and contributing factors of the general senior middle school career planning curriculum management in D City.The forth chapter presents the relevant measures, according to the problems of the general senior middle school career planning curriculum management in D City.
