School-based Curriculum Design Of Career Planning For Freshmen In A

In order to meet the requirements of the reform of the "New College Entrance Examination" system,it is urgent to carry out career planning education for senior high school students,which has become the focus of psychological health education for senior high school students.However,there is still a lack of uniform curriculum standards and textbooks for senior high school career planning in China,so it is necessary to design school-based curriculum suitable for the actual situation of our school.Based on this,the purpose of this study is to design a school-based curriculum for senior one students' career planning in school A.This study collects,collates and analyses the research results of career planning curriculum and career maturity of senior high school students both at home and abroad through literature method,and explores the close relationship between them as a theoretical basis for school-based curriculum design.Through questionnaires,the level of career maturity of the first-year students in A College,the purpose of running A College and the general goal of students' career development were obtained,which served as the practical basis for the school-based curriculum design.This research aims at promoting the career maturity of the first year students in senior high school,and takes "the career maturity model of middle school students" as the curriculum framework.It carries out the school-based curriculum design of career planning from three aspects: curriculum objectives,curriculum content and curriculum implementation.At the same time,according to the actual needs of the students in Grade One of A College,this study also designed "School-based Curriculum Guidance of Career Planning for Grade One Students" for students to use to ensure the effectiveness of school-based curriculum teaching.In the later stage of curriculum implementation,combined with the teaching situation,this school-based curriculum design was rethinked,and summarized the innovations and regrets of this school-based curriculum design.
