Personal Career Planning is the most important part in Human Resource Management. How can a country be stronger? How can a company be better? And how can a person make himself successful? All these questions may draw us in this field that the only one answer is he can achieve his career. Now so many people realize that the scientific way to plan career is the only the right way to make achievement, bring career potential into full play, and at the same time to make more dedications to the society. But what are bothering us hard are follows: how to make career planning reasonable and scientific, when to make it so that it can excite ones potential ultimately to allow full play to a person's advantages. So in this paper the author want to make efforts to solve the problems though the study.In this paper, the first main job is to use the strategic model of the Design School in the fields of Personal Career Planning. And then analyze the inside and outside factors that are to effect the Personal Career Planning. In the end the author shows the Personal Career Planning Model and give explanations to it.In chapter one, it discuses in detail what kind of organization can use the Design School Strategic Model as while as other related factors such as the prerequisite needed. With the study of the Personal Career Planning in the first half in chapter two, article argues that the strategic model can be used as a fundamental one in Personal Career Planning in the rest part of chapter two.In chapter three, the paper talks about the outside environment that influence the Personal Career Planning, such as Occupational Prestige, Career Ability and the situation of social education. It deals with and argues the key period of making Personal Career Planning.In the end, the Personal Career Planning model is created and explained based on the analysis mentioned above.
