Research On Operation Problem And Countermeasure Of MOOC Information Platform

With the continued expansion of the influence of MOOC, the industry is actively exploring the development trend of MOOC information platform. This paper has based on previous scholars research, introduces the connotation of MOOC concept and MOOC information platform, in the perspective of operation information platform of analyses selected cases at domestic and abroad from the perspective of source of income, user strategy, course construction and industrial value chain, extract which is worth to draw lessons from the experience, and focuses on the problems existing in MOOC information platform in which aspects is commercial operation, user retention,course service, product production and platform promotion. Finally, the author according to the problems in the existing MOOC information platform, from seeking the sound development of the business model, improve the user experience, perfect course system and optimize the course on the basis of classification, encourage teachers to participate in and pay attention to the brand promotion of the four aspects of the specific measures, trying to provide certain reference for the sustainable development of the MOOC information platform, hope can provide good references for Chinese MOOC information platform construction and long-term development.
