Along with social progress and technological development, the demand for master student increases every year, the large-scale expansion causes more people access to higher education. There is a good momentum to the master education in china.Scientific evaluation is an important guarantee for the education quality and is the focal points to improve the quality of master education, it is the fundamental guarantee to enhance the international competitiveness of our master students. In order to respond to the development of graduate education and ensure the quality of graduate students, the research builds a scientific and reasonable quality evaluation system for master students from the view of master of science in management.This article is divided into six parts, the first part is an introduction, describes the background of the current master education and research significance, find out the deficiencies of existing research and explore for further improvement space. The second part focuses on the meaning of education quality and education assessment, introduces features and influencing factors of the education quality of management master. The third part is to build a master of management education quality evaluation system, it is to determine the principles of index system and list quality management evaluation of graduate education framework.The fourth and five chapters are the focus of this article, based on the analytical hierarchy process (ahp) to establish indicators weight, finally using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to give the scientific evaluation for the master education quality. The sixth chapter presents the recommendations for the system's implementation from the correct values, the education quality evaluation model, the effective strengthening of the evaluation team and the role of re-evaluation. The last part is the conclusion of this research summary, analysis of the innovations and shortcomings, noted that this study needs further study and recommendations as a reference for future research.
