Study on Factors Affecting Teachers’ Information teaching development carried out analysis of external factors, educational administration and school concept problem, internal factors are mainly based instructional design of teachers, teachers of information technology teaching resources integration and application of technology, teachers consciousness of self-development issues. Finally, the author proposes a corresponding primary school language teachers teaching to enhance the level of information measures were elaborated from institution building, skills training, resources, services, technology integration, five practical application, and select a primary school teacher representative sentinel observational study practice, through the medium design participation of teachers, classroom organization and implementation of all aspects of late effects assessment, found problems, suggestions for improvement, to explore how to use the teaching effect of information technology to enhance the curriculum after integration, and ultimately to promote teacher transformation and students comprehensive development of quality.
