A Study On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Off - Campus Training In Anhui Province

At present, the training of schools with physical characteristic is one of their significant forms of after-class training. Taking advantage of their specific education resource superiority, these schools realize such an effective penetration and combination of school sports and competitive sports that they reserve and transport a large number of athletic talents in track and field. However, due to the late starting, the training of schools with physical characteristic is not mature and its current situation is also not optimistic even if it has been gradually developed and spread. Given these facts, the majority of physical educators should carry out an in-depth discussion on the training of schools with physical characteristic based on the actual situation, in order to speed up its reform and promote its sustainable development.In this paper, we have done research on the current situation of after-class training in provincial high schools with special characteristics in track and field in Anhui. Adopting the research methods of document literatures, study visit, questionnaire surveys, mathematical statistics and logical analysis, etc, we have selected 8 provincial high schools with special characteristics in track and field in Anhui, investigated and analyzed these schools from the following aspects:the basic situation, the fundamental state of the coaches and athletes, the present situation of after-class track and field training and the condition of logistics support, studied the factors which affect the participation of athletes in sports training and put forward relevant measures and suggestions for related reference and attention. The research results have shown that:1. The provincial high schools with special characteristics in track and field in Anhui have a clear and complete assessment and management system and their operation mode is mainly standalone mode and training mode is single.2. In the provincial high schools with special characteristics in track and field in Anhui, the coaches teams have the following features:the gender is predominantly male and the coach time is relatively long; the education background is mainly bachelor degree and the professional title is chiefly middle school high level and first level; the skill grades that the coaches have acquired are relatively low; they have owned a certain level of research capacity; they have seldom taken part in on-the-job training; they have definite teaching motivation.3. In the provincial high schools with special characteristics in track and field in Anhui, the athlete teams have the following features: the major source of athletes is recruiting classy students; the cycle of systematic training that athletes participate in is generally short; their academic scores are not very good; the conflict between learning and training still exists; the athletes’ main goal is entering university; the channel of transporting talents is relatively single.4.In the provincial schools with special characeristics in track and field of Anhui, the training situation is as follows:the training plans from coaches are not comprehensive enough and the performance situation of that is relatively ideal; the scientificity of the option of materials remain to be improved; the scale of training teams in some schools is comparatively small; coaches lack the opportunities of leading teams to participate in competitions at all levels; the training frequency and time of training teams in each week meet the basic demand; the majority of schools can persist in after-class training in summer or winter holiday.5. In the provincial schools with special characeristics in track and field of Anhui, the conditions of training are as follow:the school leaders attach importance to the after-class track and field training work; venues and facilities can satisfy the demand of it,however,some conditions remain to be improved; the training funds can meet the requirement of training,but the sources of them are less.6. As to the provincial high schools with special characeristics in track and field of Anhui, according to the contribution rate, the influence factors of athletes participating in training can be ranked from the greatest to the least as follows:society factors, athlete factors, training factors, entry factors, coach factors, management factors, attitude factors, mind factors.7. The strategies of enhancing the after-class training levels of the provincial high schools with special characeristics in track and field of Anhui are as follows:strengthen the policy publicity, innovate the chatacteristic training mode, reinforce the construction of coach teams,attach importance to the cultivation and transportation of talents, increase the scientific levels of training, perfect competition system, improve the conditions of logistics support.
