In recent years, with the development of economy, the high school campus diversified quality education has become the focus of the current education system reform. Music education, as an important way to cultivate students’ artistic temperament and improve the personal artistic accomplishment, has gradually become one of the main contents of the teaching reform. High school music education reform, first of all from the teaching content of music teaching reform, in the traditional music appreciation courses on the basis of, increase the music and other new forms of teaching, to raise the level of participation of students in the music class. Emphasis on strengthening the teaching of music in the nature of teaching, courseware and the way of integration.Jiangsu Province as a national education advanced provinces, in the teaching reform has been to innovate, the pursuit of excellence. Especially in music teaching reform, the constant pursuit of high level, high efficiency of music teaching methods and teaching results. Since 2001, the implementation of new curriculum reform, Jiangsu Province began the reform of music teaching in the province more than a dozen senior high school, and gradually in the province to promote the implementation, and innovation of the music curriculum into graduated from high school level test, measured as part of the overall quality of senior middle school students. After more than ten years of exploration, Jiangsu province high school music teaching has made no small breakthrough and gratifying achievements in teaching, but there are also some problems to be improved.I have participated in many Jiangsu Province high school music teacher training activities, and participate in design to participate in the 2014 provincial training high school music teacher questionnaire and the questionnaire gradually discovered the music teachers in our province in teaching methods and teaching contents have been a breakthrough, in teaching ability has also been growing, but in the subjective thinking of teaching concept is still a lack of mature teaching idea world view, lead to music teachers comprehensive quality score lower. This author in view of the problems found in the questionnaire were data summary and induction, and validate the data and analysis with mathematical statistics analysis method, and combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu Province, high school music teaching of Jiangsu Province high school music teachers teaching ideas to enhance the some optimization suggestions.
