With the "Flipped Classroom" teaching mode becoming popular increasingly in the international arena, this new teaching mode also was used in our country. The flipped classroom teaching mode includes both knowledge imparting before class and knowledge internalization in class. Teachers could upload video and other learning materials for teaching students appropriate learning before the class by the information exchange platform. and then interactive learning in class.Teachers focused on training student’s learning approach and initiative participation,and enable student to obtain comprehensive development in the process of independent learning and cooperative learning.To deal with the requirements that "the ten-year development plan of education informatization (2011-2020)" made on information teaching and innovative teaching mode, and the new requirements that the new curriculum reform made on high school biology teaching. The flipped classroom teaching mode could be applied to high school biology examination paper evaluation, so as to solve the current problem of high school biology examination paper evaluation effectively, improve students’ability of the self-learning and group cooperation learning,and to improve the high school biological quality of teaching.The paper was about the model of the flipped classroom teaching for high school biology examination paper evaluation and its theoretical feasibility combined with flipped classroom content and nature on the base of status investigation of high school biology examination paper evaluation. The model included Per-class link, Classroom teaching link and After-class link. Teacher activities include preparing lessons and learning resources before class in Per-class link. Student activities included independent learning, cooperative learning groups and summarizing the feedback before class. Classroom teaching link included teacher test situation analysis, teams activities evaluation and teams innovation, teacher commenting and learning more. Student activities included reflection and completion of the wrong title set after class. Teacher activities included reflection and completion of electronic wrong title set after class. The teacher’s and student’s were presented respectively in Per-class link and After-class link,which was conducive to define their own activities. Classroom teaching was a two-way activities between teacher and students. Simultaneously, this paper explained the various parts of the model in detail, and involved in flipped classroom experiment feasibility analysis before studying on flipped classroom teaching design. It was obvious that the flipped classroom teaching mode could help student to improve achievement and ability to solve problem.The innovation of this paper was applying the flipped classroom teaching mode to high school biology examination paper evaluation, building the flipped classroom teaching model, and tried to do teaching design and practice research. It could be used in the primary and secondary schools in flipped classroom teaching mode.
