Education training institutions and properties because of the market will face the fierce market competition, as the education and training industry in China is growing, feel the unprecedented impact and shock. In the fierce market competition, effective performance management is a modern enterprise human resources management is an important tool and means. But in our education training enterprises, performance management has yet to be further perfected., therefore, to explore and attempt on education and training the scientific performance management of the enterprise, to achieve the goal of enterprise performance has very important theoretical and practical significance.Based on AL education group as an example, in summing up the existing performance management on the basis of theory and achievements at home and abroad, based on the practice of performance management, combined with AL education group Marketing Department performance system present situation and existing problems of analysis, from improving the efficiency of organization, arouse the enthusiasm of employees work, creativity, using the design method of performance management, through modeling, mathematical operation, inspection and other scientific methods to calculate weight performance appraisal, and optimizing the performance of the system design.This article to the Marketing Department AL education group is introduced to the original performance management system, analysis the company original performance system problems, according to the job function within the Marketing Department, the use of performance system design tools, design team performance appraisal weight, forming progress and performance management system, and studies the performance of the system in the AL education group, the feasibility and effectiveness of the promotion, for optimum design performance system for promoting the development of the enterprise, the team, staff common goals.
