Research Purpose:This paper based on the basis of previous research, focusing on the physical exercise of College Students’self-control and subjective happiness sense of "dose effect", inspection and self-control in the effects of physical exercise of college students SWB intermediary role model. To reveal the mediating role of self-control in the relationship between physical exercise and College Students’subjective well-being, to provide a basis for the comprehensive study of physical exercise to improve the psychological mechanism of College Students’ subjective well-being.The objects and methods of study:Using Convenience sampling method, select the Yangzhou University Grade One, Grade Two and Grade Three students participated in this study,500 students from each grade. Each student is required to-complete three questionnaires, respectively, physical exercise rating scale, college students’self-control scale and college students’ subjective well-being scale. Each of these questionnaires were returned 1500 copies, based on the review of all the quality of the questionnaire, eliminate invalid questionnaire. Three questionnaires were qualified student questionnaires as valid questionnaires,1217 valid questionnaires were obtained in the final. The statistical analysis software package for statistical analysis SPSS 19.0. First, on college students’physical exercise, self-control and subjective happiness sense of independent samples test and single factor variance analysis. Then, the correlation analysis of physical exercise, self-control and subjective happiness sense between pairwise analysis; finally, using the multiple regression analysis was used to test the mediating role of self-control.Research conclusion:(1) The overall physical exercise of college students is in the middle level of exercise, self-control ability is medium, and has high subjective well-being;(2) There were significant gender differences in physical exercise, self-control and subjective well being of college students. The amount of physical exercise of male college students was significantly higher than that of female students. In the source of students and whether the only child variables are not significant differences;(3) On students’ physical exercise and self-control, there is a very significant correlation between physical exercise and subjective well-being and self-control there is a very significant correlation with subjective happiness sense. At the same time, there was a positive correlation between the amount of physical exercise and self-control. The heavier the quantity of physical exercise, self-control ability and better; there was a positive correlation between the quantity of physical exercise and subjective sense of happiness, that is, the greater the amount of physical exercise and subjective happiness sense of higher; self-control and subjective well-being are positively related, namely the self-control ability is stronger, subjective happiness sense more. Physical exercise can promote the self control and subjective well-being, and medium intensity exercise, exercise more than 60 minutes continued to improve subjective well-being of college students has a significant effect;(4) The effect of physical exercise on subjective well-being is realized through self-control, self-control as an intermediary variable.
