In the field of happiness research in psychology, Subjective Well-Being (SWB) means Individual based on standards by setting their own quality of life in some stage of the overall evaluation, is a composite indicator of social psychology and social benefits of important yardstick to measure subjective well-being and mental health which has a very close relationship, is often used as a community to reflect the importance of individual psychology, the quality of life parameters. In previous studies, Demographic variable(such as gender, age, family income, marital status, living environment, and education, etc.). Response capabilities, personality traits, self-concept, social relations are widely used to predict variables such as subjective satisfaction. This research study is about elderly people in Shanghai, and the elderly to participate in physical exercise in the study and the relationship between subjective well-being, based on further explore whether the physical self-esteem in the elderly to participate in physical training effects on subjective well-being play a mediator role.The major instrument in this study is: PARS-3 amount of physical activity rating scale, "PSPP" Physical Self-Esteem Scale." The elderly to participate in physical activity questionnaire of subjective well-being" is the measurement tool. Scale reliability and validity of all good is consistent with statistical requirements.The hypothesis:(1) The elderly in Shanghai to participate in physical activity levels of subjective well-being of age, gender variable is not significant difference.(2) The elderly in Shanghai to participate in physical activity of older persons in the subjective well-being in the amount of physical activity variables are significantly different.(3) Physical self-esteem in the elderly to participate in physical training effects on subjective well-being plays a mediator role. All data used in this study SPSS17.0 software processing, the following Conclusions:(1) The elderly in Shanghai to participate in physical exercise level of subjective well-being variables in the gender difference is not significant. The elderly to participate in physical activity levels of subjective well-being of different ages in subparagraph (60-64 65-69 years , 70-74 years, more than 75 years old) is a significant difference. The analysis shows the subjective well-being comfort dimension, self-enriching experience dimension and the dimension of SWB are significantly different.(2) According to PARS-3 amount of physical activity rating scale, the elderly to participate in physical training is divided into: small amount of strength training, moderate-intensity exercise capacity, and high-intensity exercise capacity, the three different levels of the elderly to participate in physical activity levels of subjective well-being there to support experience, comfort, self-support experience, adequate experience contentment, happiness Total dimensions are significantly different.(3) Physical self-esteem in physical activity on subjective well-being of some intermediary role to play, physical self-esteem on subjective well-being of the variable in physical exercise synergies for completion.
