Disciplinary education is an integral part of education, discipline education is an important condition for the existence of guarantee educational activities carried out smoothly, education without discipline education is not complete. But in the actual primary and secondary education environment, appreciation education occupy education model mainstream, encouraging education has been the only recognized means. Teachers, parents continue to give children concessions, leading to today’s children can’t bear a little setback. The slightest criticism may lead to irreparable tragedy. Such education is that we really want to see? The answer must be no. Therefore, teachers in particular to school teachers in an extreme sense of urgency to deal with the current "only award not punish" education. Children are not adults, children must be discipline. If a child made a mistake, he or she must be disciplined. This can let a young age form the awareness of the rules, which is not a danger to society grow. In determining the necessity of the presence of the educational discipline, basic education teachers should be concerned about how to effectively implement educational discipline, how to grasp the degree of educational discipline, so that education discipline in the premise of ensuring the health of students play its due management and educational role. Therefore, due to the current lack of discipline caused many educational problems, the study of educational discipline is imperative. Researching educational discipline can do important to the improvement of current educational concept and the promotion of healthy development of education and students.Firstly, a brief overview to the research background and the theoretical value and practical value which are related to the object of this article, as well as the relevant legal literature data were reviewed, and a brief summary of the history of changes in the characteristics of education discipline. Next, the relevant concept of education-related discipline will be outlined, and the paper will analyze the history of the development of educational discipline. The paper uses empirical investigation to take X Elementary School in Yangzhou as a inspect, using questionnaires, interviews, observation to get the realest information. Observing the process of teachers’ education discipline implementation, combined with the implementation mechanisms in practice during the relevant teacher, student interviews, to analyze education discipline, summarize the problems and reasons that existing in X Elementary School’s educational discipline. On the basis of these, a deep perspective will be conducted on the discipline, as well as the systematic analysis on the building on discipline mechanism. Favorable conditions for the development of education discipline will be pointed out. This paper also will provide reference method for the primary school teachers on how to implement educational discipline. Teachers are no longer feel so confused on the "educational discipline" and "corporal punishment", "heart penalty". Finally, all of these will push the development of education.
