Investigation On Current Situation Of Well - Being Of Secondary Vocational School Students And Their Positive Educational Strategies

Vocational education shoulders the important task of cultivating diverse talents, inheriting the technical skills, promoting employment entrepreneurship. We must attach great importance to it and continues to develop it.With the increase of demand for high quality technical skilled talents, more and more attention of scholars is paid to vocational school students.The goal of modern vocational education is to make everyone have a brilliant life and enjoy their lives.Thus, under the background of the current era. how about the secondary vocational students’ happiness?What are the factors affect happiness?This needs researchers combined with the current time background and the characteristics of secondary vocational students to study and explore.Two vocational school students of Y city have been investigated by using investigation method.The status quo,the features, and the influencing factors of their well-being were investigated.ect.According to the survey, some countermeasures were put forward to improve the secondary vocational students’ happiness.This research adopts the seedling establishment of the comprehensive happiness questionnaire including Miao yuanjiang professor scale, mainly selected the Y city 330 secondary vocational school students as the research object, has carried on the questionnaire survey, eliminate information is not complete or invalid 16 questionnaires,314 valid questionnaires.Using SPSS 16.0 software, statistical analysis about the present situation of secondary vocational students’ well-being, the survey found:Y city secondary vocational students’ well-being in the upper level, but still feel less than happiness of secondary vocational students.Based on the statistical analysis and interview to survey results.the influencing factors of secondary vocational students were summarized.such as health factors, cognitive factors, emotional factors, personality factors and environmental factors and so on.Combining these factors.the lack of happiness of secondary vocational students were analyzed. According to these reasons and advanced ideas of positive education, the author correspondingly puts forward some countenneasures to promote secondary vocational students happiness actively.such as putting more attention to harmony of body and mind, providing positive self show stage, cultivating positive personality, increasing positive emotion experience and creating a positive environment.
