A Study On The Factors Affecting The Level Of Executive Discipline In Basketball Specialty Of Physical Education In Colleges And Universities

In recent years, basketball is very widespread in our country, whether it is a professional basketball game, or campus basketball game, or the people organize all kinds of basketball games, has been very good development. With the development of basketball, basketball competition more and more, both in terms of promote the development of basketball itself into consideration, or from the aspects of people’s demand for the appreciation of the basketball game, people need to good basketball referees to participate in the contest. Therefore, to cultivate more excellent basketball referee, the referee is very necessary.In this paper, using the method such as illegal, factor analysis, affecting the university sports education professional basketball elective factors of cutting is analyzed, in order to make clear the importance of various factors, hopes to colleges and universities in cultivating basketball elective aspects to provide some beneficial reference, in order to promote the improvement of basketball elective born of board cutting, finally provided to cultivate reserve more excellent basketball referees to lay a good foundation.The results show that:(1) the influence university sports education professional basketball elective born of the main factors of cutting level there are 20 (see annex 2). On-the-spot law enforcement factors in the second place of the whole system, including the weight of each factor to include:the A6,A9,A10,A7, A8. Psychological quality factors influence in the whole system in third place, belonging to the order the weight of each factor was:A20, A11, A12, A13. Knowledge in the whole system factor was fourth, with the weight of each factor to include:the A3, A4, A5. Professional ethics and image factor in affecting the final system, including the weight of each factor to include:the A2 and A1. (4) the external conditions, lack of practice, the practice of basketball judges type single; "Training scheme" in basketball elective born of cutting level requirements are clear enough. (5) the face of the cutting, most basketball elective observation judgment, organization and management, the respect such as strain, independent working ability is not strong.
