A Study On The Current Situation Of Career Planning For Senior High School Students

It is necessary for senior high school students to make an occupation planning, which can help students understand themselves clearly, especially including their own strengths and weaknesses. It is also meaningful for them to determine career goals early, which can make them enhance their learning initiative and expand their employability, prompt them to take part in the practical activities, and finally get a strong foundation for future career and get a valuable life.As a matter of fact, the students of senior high school tend to ignore the importance of occupation planning easily with a long period of Chinese examination-oriented education history. Most of them are in shortage of self-awareness and career consciousness, as a result, they may not get a right choice for their future. So, i believe that occupation planning should be started in the senior high school. This paper aims to help the students in senior high school to get a much better knowing of themselves and their career, and finally make a correct decision about occupation planning.This paper has four parts:The first part: Introduction. The thesis introduces the background and the reason, purpose and significance, the research review and research methods.The second part is an overview of the relevant theories and theoretical basis. In this paper, the concept of occupation planning defines, including career, Ordinary high school students occupation planning, college students career planning and the difference between Ordinary high school students and college students career planning. At the same time, sorting the theory of career planning, making this paper has some theoretical basis.The third part investigated the current situation of senior high school students occupation planning who are in two middles school in Guizhou and Zhejiang. On the basis of questionnaires and interviews, selected two middle school in Guizhou and Zhejiang, try to survey for understand the current situation of the senior high school students occupation planning, by sorting questionnaire data and interviews, trying to find the problems and causes of high school students in career planning, hoping to make the appropriate thinking and suggestion.The fourth part is thought and suggestion on senior high school students occupation planning. Thinking high school students career planning specific content and different subjects(high school, high school teachers, students and other subjects) put forward different suggestions.
