In this paper, through the analysis of actual cases, based on a brief overview of College Counselors’ career planning on the basic theory, expounded on College Counselors’ career planning from the perspective of career management, and probes into the present situation of College Counselors’ career planning and the existing problems, and according to the working practice, puts forward that the construction of College Counselors’ career planning and management system.
