Through the investigation and research on the sense of learning helplessness of students majored in physical education,learn the general situation of the sense of learning helplessness of students majored in physical education in seven colleges and universities in Jiangsu Province and the reasons for the sense of learning helplessness are analyzed.This paper probes into the countermeasures to alleviate the sense of learning helplessness of college students majored in physical education which in aid of the development of students,and provides educators with theoretical reference.The method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and interview were used to study the learning helplessness of college students majoring in physical education.The measuring tool used in the study is the questionnaire of acquisition helplessness in physical education students' learning,which was compiled by the researcher.Students majoring in physical education in seven colleges and universities in Nanjing were distributed,questiornaires were collected and the data were analyzed by SPSS21.0 analysis software.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The learning helplessness of students majoring in physical education is in middle and higher level,and the tendency of learning helplessness of college students in educational practice and graduation design is obvious.(2)The sense of helplessness in the study of the public course of the college students in physical education is not obvious and in middle level;there is an obvious difference between boys and girls of their cognitive helplessness(P<0.01),behavioral helplessness(P<0.01)and motivational helplessness(P<0.01).There is a difference among the dimension of cognitive helplessness,behavioral helplessness and motivational helplessness(P<0.05).(3)The learning helplessness of college students majoring in physical education was not obvious,and it's in middle level.There were significant differences between boys and girls in behavioral helplessness(P<0.01)and motivational helplessness(P<0.01).There were differences in the dimensions of cognitive helplessness,behavioral helplessness,emotional helplessness and motivation helplessness among all grades(P<0.05).(4)The learning helplessness of college students majoring in physical education is in middle and lower level,and there is difference between boys and girls in motivation helplessness(P<0.05).There were differences in the dimensions of cognitive helplessness,behavioral helplessness and emotional helplessness among all grades(P<0.05).(5)the acquired helplessness of college students in physical education major is in middle level,and there is difference iin the dimensions of behavioral helplessness and emotional helplessness between boys and girls(P<0.05).There is no significant difference in cognitive helplessness,behavioral helplessness,emotional helplessness and motivation helplessness in all grades(P>0.05).(6)The learning helplessness of college students majored in physical education in graduation design is in middle level,and there is difference in cognitive helplessness and emotional helplessness between boys and girls(P<0.05),and there is a significant difference between male and female students in cognitive helplessness and emotional helplessness.There is no significant difference in cognitive helplessness,behavioral helplessness,emotional helplessness and motivational helplessness in all grades(P>0.05).(7)From the two aspects of eliminating the subjective influence and optimizing the objective condition,the author puts forward suggestions and countenmeasures to alleviate the sense of helplessness during the study progress of the college students in physical education.
