Human resources management has become the core of the 21 world of management, have make a spurt of progress of development in this subject in recent years. Strengthening the research on human resource management of private kindergarten for promotion of private kindergarten teachers management level, there is a very strong practical significance to promote the development of private kindergarten.This article has first analyzed the present situation in the human resource management of private kindergarten teachers and teacher management problems, find out the writing meaningful guidance to the theory and analyzes the defects of current research. This paper takes the humanistic management theory, differences in management theory and team management theory as the theoretical basis, analyzes the demand characteristics and the features of human resource management of private kindergarten teachers in china. Based on the practice of research and literature reading, summed up the problems that exist in the private kindergarten teacher management to human resources management,such as human resource structure is not balanced, the teacher appointment system is backward, the performance appraisal system, the system of training teachers, salary and reward system is not complete and so on. After the study of the problem, this paper proposes to establish a "teacher is the first human resources", "with the director, the best", "group become" the private kindergarten the concept of human resource management; clear "people-oriented principle", "difference principle", "teamwork" principle of management principle; private kindergarten teacher human resources development strategy implementation system.This study was designed to analysis the status of human resources management of private kindergarten teachers, to find solutions to problems for kindergarten human resources reform for good advice, so as to promote the management level of private kindergarten teachers qualitative leap.
