With the development of the age, the cultivation of the self-controlling ability of primary school students has been concerned as the corn of the reforming and developing of elementary education. The ability of students’ self-management ability refers to the students in dealing with personal and collective, and others, is the relationship between the environment of self control, self regulating, self education ability. Now our primary self-management ability is relatively weak performance of independent thinking, knowledge and experience. Although the primary school age is different from the middle school students’ or college students’ self-management ability, but in general, the ability of self-management is a kind of heart of the nursing activities. Students should have some ability of self-management into high school juniors to lay the foundation for a good step development. This research on the self-management of primary scholars, referencing predecessors. Today the ability of self-management is divided into self-management consciousness, self-planning, self-control, self-initiative investigation. Through the literature collection and query related literature, induction and analysis of self-management in school and the basic practices. In the actual teaching process, select the two classes of professor in the same grade as the research group(group A). In the education teaching process, researching and thinking, according to problems timely adjust education strategy, through the action research method, discusses how to raise self-management ability of primary scholars. Through the pupil ’s self-administered questionnaire survey and observation of primary school students, primary school students to know the self management basic situation, and through SPSS18.0 software to analyze the questionnaire data, the data obtained from the analysis of the differences between group A and group B in the matter of the self-management ability, group A students self-management to take three measures: standardized management, the cultivation of the students’ Preview ability, let the students finish homework in the wrong topic, research shows that the above three measures is effective in, but also found that students’ self-management, there are still some problems. Depending on the society, family, school and environment, according to the students’ psychological and physiological characteristics, follow certain psychology and pedagogy theory based, to cultivate students’ self-management ability proposed relevant countermeasures: to create a fine self-management environment, in the school life in training students’ self-management ability. In teaching activities, cultivating the students’ self-management ability, improving school administration, promoting students’ self-management, using the function of class education to cultivate self-management ability. It is the ultimate aim of the research is to improve the self-management ability of primary scholars, promoting the comprehensive development of students.
