A Case Study On The Cultivation Of Self - Management Ability Of Primary School Students

Now our primary self-management ability is relatively weak performance of independent thinking, knowledge and experience. Although the primary school age is different from the middle school students’ or college students’ self-management ability, but in general, the ability of self-management is a kind of heart of the nursing activities. Students should have some ability of self-management into high school juniors to lay the foundation for a good step development. This research on the self-management of primary scholars, referencing predecessors. Today the ability of self-management is divided into self-management consciousness, self-planning, self-control, self-initiative investigation. Through the literature collection and query related literature, induction and analysis of self-management in school and the basic practices. In the actual teaching process, select the two classes of professor in the same grade as the research group(group A). In teaching activities, cultivating the students’ self-management ability, improving school administration, promoting students’ self-management, using the function of class education to cultivate self-management ability.
