Classroom Management Cooperative Ability Of Primary And Secondary Research

Classroom is a base camp where the pupils study and live together and the teachers train the students in the spirit of cooperation. From the point of view of a class handler of an elementary school this paper investigates the actuality of the pupils' cooperation ability and analyzes the investigation result. The paper considers that the pupils' cooperation abilities are related to the family, the age, the character, the study behavior and the role in class of them. It can bring up students' healthy individuality, enhance abilities of education by themselves, and develop the class atmosphere all right to train the students in cooperation ability.This paper brings forward some domination factors in training pupils in cooperation ability. These factors are follows: learn to love, learn to take charge, learn to understand, learn to appraise others rightly. It should be behold as one of the center task of class management to cultivate consciousness of cooperation and ability of cooperation.Some methods and approaches of training the pupils in cooperation ability are discussed in the paper are follows: training pupils in ability of intercourse, consciousness of burden, and ability of organizing, ability of solve conflict. A inspirit mechanism should be found to lead the pupils to appraise others rightly and to enhance the pupils' cooperation abilities in full.At last, this paper analyses the effect of a teacher in charge of a class and other teachers in the training of the pupils' cooperation ability, and thinks that the good cooperation atmosphere is based on the cooperation of student to student, teacher to student, and teacher to teacher. We should use a variety of education resource to enhance the pupils' cooperation ability well.
