Research On Standardized Management Of Off-campus Trustees

"3:30" Phenomenonas well as the adjustment and withdrawal of regional school layout,the problem of generous primary school students dining at noon and two to three hours after school without care and education.With the full liberalization of the second-child policy,the problem of after-school trusteeship service for pupils is becoming increasingly severe.However,the brutal growth of too many Off-campus trustees has become a problem of concern to young parents and the whole society.How to standardize the management of off-campus trustees is very important for the development of trusteeship industry.Therefore,strengthening the management of off-campus trustees and establishing a scientific and systematic management model is an important issue of trusteeship services.This paper chooses 10 off-campus trustees in Shijiazhuang as the research object.Through literature analysis,interviews and questionnaires,we collect relevant information and data,and analyzed the problems and causes of the custody in their management and teaching work.Give the corresponding solution strategy in combination with the actual situation.This paper is divided into five parts.Chapter one and Chapter two mainly comb the research topics,relevant research results and theoretical basis,and elaborate the research methods of this paper.Chapter three summarizes the characteristics of off-campus trustees,summarizes the problems existing in it.Chapter four analyses the reasons for the existence of off-campus trustees from the aspects of cognition,organization software and hardware,and student management.Chapter five puts forward the reform and development strategies in the management of off-campus trustees based on relevant theories.Including the development and utilization of internal resources of the organization,improve the professional level of teachers,and comprehensive management strategies of various departments.In order to improve the ability of students' all-round development and the efficiency of teachers' work,and provide some theoretical support and practical basis for the off-campus trustees to explore a scientific and reasonable operation mode.
