Cultivating students' self-management ability is the need of developing the quality education.Quality education advocates students' self-education,self-management and initiative development.The students' self-management ability refers to guide the students how to manage themselves in studying,working and the daily life.The core of self-management is self-discipline,self-regulation,self-education,self reflection and self-development.This research is based on the high grade students of primary school.Through the investigation in Zengcheng area,we found that there are some common problems in the high grade students of primary school: The consciousness of self management is not high,the ability of self-management is week,the content of self-management is not standardized,and the method of self-management is not correct.The school and the parents do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of students' self management ability,but also lack of effective training measures.Through the practice research,we made several practical strategies and patterns combining with the pupils' physical and mental development in the process of cultivating the high grade students of primary school: First of all,we should create a good campus environment for students' self-management;Secondly,we should find the practical training patterns of students' self-management ability;Thirdly,we should stimulate students' intrinsic motivation and improve the needs of the students' self-management;Fourthly is to activate the colorful activities to promote students' self-management experience;The fifth,parents should correct educational concept and pay more attention to the development of the children's self-management.
