The opening of the information technology curriculum has very important significance for the high school education in our country. It is the key to improve the students’ ability of information technology application. At present, the information technology curriculum has been in the domestic high school education stage has been to a great extent, basically meet the needs of modern teaching and development of students. However, objectively speaking, the current high school information technology curriculum teaching still exist in some problems and shortcomings, teaching methods and teaching mode, the delay in the actual teaching quality is not optimistic, and often teachers spend a lot of energy, but the students’ learning effect and quality can not be significantly improved. How to change the actual situation of the high school information technology classroom teaching, to find a more effective teaching ideas and teaching methods, and become the focus of many teaching scholars and teachers.This paper analyzes and discusses the teaching design and practice of the high school information technology, the first part of this paper mainly expounds the background, significance, methods and research status of domestic and foreign experts and scholars, the main research results, and put forward the main research objectives and direction of the paper. The second part introduces the related concepts and contents of the flipped classroom, summarizes the development process of the flipped classroom, and expounds the advantages and features of the flipped classroom. The third part, the use of questionnaire survey, the status of high school information technology classroom teaching and assessment, the students and teachers of high school information technology classroom teaching of the problem of feedback. The fourth part, on the high school information technology to flip the classroom teaching design, the scientific construction strategy, from the class before, and after class three aspects of the implementation of the feasible measures, emphasizing teaching evaluation and teaching process, in order to enhance the overall application effect of the flipped classroom. The fifth part is combined with the author’s internship experience, using experimental research method to design, use, and other specific test and operation, the experimental study to the first middle school in Lijiang City, the first grade students as the object, with "information management" this chapter of the teaching content of five classes of high grade. Summarize the results and achievements of the application of information technology in high school, and find out the main problems and shortcomings.
