In order to adapt to the development of The Times, the new round of basic education curriculum reform in our country, and our country has put forward a series of reform measures in the basic education curriculum reform summary trial file for higher normal colleges and universities in 2001.Normal students as the teachers of tomorrow, their concepts of education, teaching ability to a great extent, determines the new curriculum reform can proceed smoothly. Teachers’ professional development, determines that only the normal students improve their teaching ability can they not be eliminated by the society. Teaching skills as an important part of the normal students’ teaching ability, gradually got the attention of educators.Microteaching is recognized as effective measures to improve teaching skills by the world, from the 1980 s, gradually adopted by higher normal universities in China, and play a role in teacher training in our country. However, with the increasing recruitment in higher normal colleges and universities, the microteaching can not meet the needs of normal students training, the training time and space are not guaranteed, characterized by lack of demonstration of microteaching, not thinking in-depth teaching skill evaluation, less feedback time, microteaching training opportunities and other issues. And the development of educational informationization, brings a new opportunity for the microteaching implementation of the higher normal colleges in our country. The network environment can not only solve the lack of demonstration of microteaching, teaching skill evaluation is not thorough, the microteaching process problems such as lack of communication for students, but also because of the network of interactivity and timeliness, more can lead normal students to study and train teaching skills with autonomous learning enthusiasm. This article standing in the Angle reviews the present microteaching, explores students’ cognitive characteristics and psychological mechanism of forming process of teaching skills.This research mainly considering the problems existing in the teaching skill training under traditional microteaching, on the basis of relevant learning theory, combining network system and the traditional microteaching, builds a network learning environment for normal students with various forms of teaching resources; puts forward under the environment of network teaching skill training model; gives the microteaching guidance process; designs a teaching skills training assistant system under the network environment for normal students, develops and implements the system based on the system model.The system has been carried on the preliminary experiment. The experimental results show that the proposed model and the system has a supporting role to the promotion of students’ teaching skills.
