Faced with the current explosion of knowledge, information age, the challenges of the network society, the most needed of people is the knowledge learning methods, China’s current basic education reform has made the important goal "change learning method ". But now there is a problem, many students trying hard to learn mathematics, the effect is not a very satisfactory result. When it comes to the word mathematics study, the junior high school students not think of "interesting", "happy" or other pleasant emotions, many students even feel disgust, boring, and do not want to learn. When this happens, it shows the way of students learning methods has a problem.This paper taking a junior high school in Ningxia as an Example, Based on the constructivist learning theory, students’ learning characteristics and the characteristics of mathematics learning, to sampling and analysis learn methods of this junior middle school’s students. The results found that there are a lot of problems in mathematics learning in junior high school students. Most students are not pay enough attention in mathematics learning methods and not grasp their own learning methods. In view of the problems found in this study, Based on the learning theory, students’ psychological, under the modern education theory and combined with the actual situation of students learning mathematics, It provides guidance on Mathematics learning methods of students in this article. I hope it can play a certain reference value in Mathematics learning methods.This article consists of five parts, part I: introduction. Mainly describes the background, research significance, research status at home and abroad of this paper. Part II: An overview of the Mathematics learning methods. Including the definition of learning methods, a brief overview of the characteristics of the students’ learning, The characteristics of mathematics learning and the constructivism theory. Part III: research process and results. Introduced the questionnaire used for this survey,data analysis and the empirical research. Part IV: The Suggestions for mathematics learning method. Give constructive suggestions for all aspects of mathematics learning. Part V: Conclusion. Make a conclusion about the whole content of this article, think about the shortcomings of this article.
