| Education Equality is an important problem in the field of education and the problem has a deep impression on the development and stability of society. As the problem has been considered all over the world, most countries’ government put the problem of solving the Education Equality between the developed areas and developing areas especially in developed countries. Nowadays in our own country, because of the gap between city and rural district the Education Equality is much so obviously. When comes to the schools in the rural areas, there is lack of professional teachers so the whole courses couldn’t be opened. With the development of Modern Information Technology, the authors in the education try to deal with the problem with technology. And with plenty of experiments prove, most of the problems can be solved by the Modern Information Technology. So using Information Technology to solve the problem of Education Equality has become the common sense. The problem of Education Equality is much more serious in Yunnan province lies in the south-west of China. After the pre-research, the authors have found that most the rural primary schools have no English classes because of lack of professional English teachers in the county of Wenshan of Yunnan province. So the author tries to use the method of Design-Based research under the theory of Blended Learning and Instructional scaffolding, choosing one class as the experiment object from the Grade two, applying the Blended Learning based instructional scaffolding into primary English classes, finding if the method has its value. During the experiment about two months, author have concluded the English teaching mode under the theory of Blended learning and Instructional Scaffolding can open the primary English class. The authors have made some interviews to students and teachers and headmasters to find out the value of the experiment. The essay has some valuable points to the further study. |
