The class is a teaching cell of a school. And the class management plays an important part in the improvement of the quality of a school’s education. If you want to improve a school’s management, you have to improve the class management first.The paper consists of six parts. The first part refers to the aim of the writing, relevant concepts, literature review, the goal,content and the methods of the study. The second part is about the basic theories of class management and some basis. The third part is the analysis about the survey on the current situation on the senior high school class management. There are four problems.The students are not aware of the fame of their class; The relationship between the teachers and the students and that among the students are not harmonious; The rules has no effect on the students and they have no chance to show their strength. These problems result from the complicated social environment, the lack of the mistake the student’ parents’ attention, the disadvantage of the school management and the head teachers’ older idea about class management. The writer explored five methods to solve these problems. At first, we can set up the student-oriented and democratic management. Secondly, we can cultivate the students’ agreement spirits and encourage them to manage themselves and the class. Thirdly, we can absorb emotional education to produce a harmonious class environment. Last but not the least,we should cooperate with the students’ parents to cultivate and educate their children together.
