Modern educational system and methods provide unprecedented wide range in the content and time and space of education for students. Under new situation, some new and neglected problems will be noticed. Senior school teaching, as an important part of elementary education, is getting revealed the tendency in diversified teaching-form and pluralistic instructive conception. All of these not only embodied the change in self-structure of educational system and instructors' cognizance to education, but also reflected the many-sided demands of students. In the process of being teached, students need both knowledge and teaching methods, but soft-circumstance of being teached, culture atmosphere and the relationship between either teachers and students or students and students, is demanded obviously.In this article, in instructor's opinion, the author discussed the relationship and system between teachers and students or among students, tried to make clear some problems in actual instructive management through particular practice and thought over and over, then drew some objective, feasible conclusions. In this paper, the author researched the influence of senior school class management methods and system upon the generation and expression of the students' characteristic of principal part, and discussed its meaning in the development of the students' conception, consciousness and personality. Certainly, as a summary, the author's knowledge must be superficial and partial, but in the procedure of study and practice, author's conception was influenced and enlightened overall and produced some independent ideas and actions. This paper put forward and discussed some practical problems meeting with in reviewing the basic teaching management, through discussion of senior school class democratic system and relationship and its generation. Meanwhile, it will provide some reference for senior school class democratic management under new situation.On the other hand, class management, as auxiliary and support ofclassroom instruction, has its affect deeply. This paper discussed it properly.The author will take note of the problems meeting with in the procedure of study and discussion afterward.
