Recently, the important role of learning adaptation has aroused many scholars’ attention. Due to this, the researcher adopted AAT(Revised by Zhou Bucheng, ect.) to explore 630students’ learning adaptation in Dali. In the process of the collecting data, 114 answer sheets were omitted due to inconsistent or missing items. At last, 516 effective sheets were reserved and analyzed by SPSS. And the results are as follows:The development level of leaning adaptation of students in Dali was very low. And 48.4%students can’t adapt themselves to school life. In general, students learning adaptability does not exist significant differences in rural and urban areas and leaning style. But considering the gender, schools and nationalities, the learning adaptation was different greatly from each other. It was clear that female students’ learning adaptability is better than male students. The key senior high school students’ level of learning adaptation is higher than that of the ordinary school student’. The Han students’ learning attitude appears better than the ethnic students. Comparing school-dormitory-living students with home-living students, the whole level of former students were higher than latter, but the learning atmosphere of latter was nicer than that of former. Liberal arts students’ learning atmosphere is better than that of science students. As for students from different grades, they existed great differences in learning atmosphere and mental health.Students learning adaptation was related with students’ achievement in study. In the five main factors that influence students learning adaptability were learning attitude, learning skill, mental health and learning atmosphere.After experiment, the learning adaptability of students from experiment group was higher than compare group students. They were different from each other in the whole level, especially in learning attitude and learning skill. And experiment group students’ achievement in study was also better than compare group students’.
