In recent years, learning burnout has been closely watched. Many middle school studentsoccur generate learning burnout of different degrees, losing the goals and driving force of theirstudy. Solving students’problem of burnout is of great importance to improving the qualities ofthe whole nation as well as physical and psychological health of the students and also haspractical and profound significance. Therefore, how to effectively solve the problem of middleschool students’learning burnout becomes an intensified excitement that the author is thinking.Through more than ten years’teaching, the author finds that the middle school students withhigh enthusiasm on study all have intense pursuit of spirit and heavy support of thought. Forthese students, seldom have learning burnout. The spirit of being aspirant and heavy thought aresourced from the excellent culture that they master. And aphorisms are the typical representativesof the excellent culture. Then the assumption for this research is that aphorisms are able toeffectively intervene in the middle school students’learning burnout. Many researchers divide the study on learning burnout into four dimensions: emotionalexhaustion, sense of inefficient learning, teacher-student alienation and physiological exhaustion. In this research, the aphorisms accumulated for many years are divided into those of mindset, cognition, will, interpersonal and physique. The former two intervene the emotional exhaustion, will for sense of inefficient learning, interpersonal one for teacher-student alienation and the lastone for physiological exhaustion. This research mainly applies the literature method and questionnaire survey. It is carried outbased on reading a great number of documents, putting up with the research assumption andanalyzing profoundly theories and practical significance. This empirical study employs thequestionnaire method, handing out the questionnaires to the investigated students and collectingthe effective data for doing comparison and analyzing the effects of intervening. Thequestionnaire that it uses is Maslach Burnout Inventory- Middle School Students Survey by thescholar Hu Qiao with good reliability and validity. Two classes are selected from the six ones from the Grade Seven in the author’s school, onefor the experiment group and the other for the control group. Interference is carried out throughthe two classes about mental health education within every week. It teaches the pleased classroom—mental health education for the middle school students for the control group, andaphorisms for the experiment one. Test the experiment group’s Q1and Q2respectively before andafter the experiment, and the control group’s Q3and Q4correspondingly. At last compare the datafrom two groups.Through elaborate discussion, the aphorisms’enforcement model is as: personalinsightâ†'discussion and exchangeâ†'teachers’cardingâ†'writing harvestsâ†'creating aphorisms.1. Personal insight. To begin with, get the students independently think of sense implied inthe aphorisms and apprehend preliminarily their connotations. And then write the sense andapprehension into a speech outline, preparing for discussion and exchange.2. Discussion and exchange. It is hosted by the group leader, and everyone makes astatement, speaking out personal insight and enlarging the width of the understanding. Then theleader clears up the shinning points that students’understanding of the aphorisms and taking agood record to prepare for the speech when teachers card.3. Teachers’carding. Make the group leader take the floor on behalf of their groups.Teachers refine the sense of aphorisms according to the students’statements and personalexperience and insight and enlarge students’width of understanding, forming a special draft ofteachers’carding.4. Writing the harvest. After personal insight, discussion and exchange and teachers’carding, students are sure to generate shock and ideas in their minds. Ask the students to writetheir harvest down, taking the occasion by the forelock, about 150 words, which is goodeducation for them.5. Creating aphorisms. Ask the students to create an aphorism about the theme every timewhen finishing learning an article of aphorisms with about 20 words. Collect them throughe-mails. Teachers clear them up and put them up on the classroom for students appreciating. Thisis the best encouragement for them.Through data analysis, it can be found that aphorisms can lower the level of middle schoolstudents’learning burnout, the burnout state gets improved and basically interference achievesoutstanding effects in every dimension. This research is attached to the great practical significance:1. It is helpful to rectify the bad learning behaviors of the middle school students, settle their annoyance from study and promote their physical and psychological health. Learningburnout is a devil, which can distort students’souls, occurring abnormal behaviors that hurtthemselves and endanger the society. The research about the interference on learning burnout canchange students’cognition and attitudes of learning and finally improve their enthusiasm andinitiative on study, facing study and life in healthy mentality.2. It is helpful for the teachers to direct the middle school students’problem of learningburnout and improve their teaching competence and art. This research tries its best to completean operable set of intervention with practical and universal means of interfering. It makes anyteacher can intervene in students’learning burnout and then improve their levels and art ofeducating people.Of course, this research still has certain shortcomings due to research capacity and limitedconditions. The author hopes to learn from each other and gets further improved in the future.
