The main purpose of this paper is through the analysis of relevant research about the flow problems of current rural teachers in Lhasa primary school in Tibet. The significance of this paper lies in: all rural primary school in Lhasa in support of national policy, the primary schools of agricultural and pastoral areas do all live with three guarantees policy. Almost all the rural primary school teachers have been able to meet the requirements of the teaching in rural primary school. However, there are still some problems, such as students don’t do well in studying yet. The teaching environment needs to be improved, because teachers are still missing.Some questions can be understood, but still some ones always let us feel very confused,such as teachers’ grade has been too high to teach, why still students get low scores.It is affected by the Tibet’s unique natural environment, and how do farmers and herdsmen think about education.So the significance of this paper mainly has the following aspects: firstly, basic education in rural primary schools has an important position, the primary school teachers in rural areas of Lhasa city have got decisive roles; secondly, teachers unreasonable flowing can produce an important influence; thirdly, rural primary schools of Lhasa city include agricultural areas, pastoral, agricultural and animal husbandry fusion area schools. The research contents a lot. Hope the conclusion can bring something for the rest of the study about the teachers’ work in schools.In order to make the research more practically, reflect more realistic problems, several research methods have been adopted. Firstly, interviews, in order to learn about some problems of the truths. Secondly, observation, namely through the observation of the facilities of schools, teachers and students’ behaviors,so as to judge the school teaching environment. Thirdly, literature method, namely by viewing journals, try to understand how the basic education in Tibet develop, and master the classical theory about the field through reading books. Fourthly, through questionnaires, in order to survey data lists or to make a simple questionnaire to collect data.Current researches about the mobility of rural primary school teachers are mainly in perspectives of psychology, behavior science, economics, ecology and so on. There are a few articles on the flowing of rural primary school teachers in minority area. What’s more,in the study of the mobility of rural primary school teachers in Tibet is less and less.Due to the unique plateau environment of Tibet, by searching for the related literature and personal experience, in solving the flow of rural primary school teachers in Tibet problem can not copy the conclusions from the mainland. It must be combined with the cultural of the Tibet itself, the natural environment, farmers and herdsmen thinking about schools and so on. This article is by focusing on study problems among four agricultural and pastoral areas’ primary schools and put forward to finding a way out.
