Since the reform and opening-up,The education in our country has been developing continuously.With the advancement of urbanization,rural basic education has also undergone great changes.Compared with urban schools,rural schools face many difficulties such as lack of funds and weak teachers,which seriously hinder them.The development of rural education has led many rural teachers to move to urban or urban areas to teach more and more frequently with the tide of urbanization,and the state has paid more and more attention to the seriousness of this problem.Chen Baosheng,Minister of Education,pointed out that "the construction of teachers in poverty-stricken areas has been the top priority of Chinese teachers for a long period of time." The Outline of the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Plan(2010-2020)points out that the gap between urban and rural areas should be accelerated.Promote the balanced development of rural education,accelerate the improvement of the balanced development mechanism of rural education,and establish and improve the development system of urban and rural integration compulsory education."China Education Modernization 2035" also clearly pointed out the problems faced by education in the revitalization of rural strategy,pointing out that teachers play an important role in the development of rural education,and are also developing specific solutions.Therefore,the study of rural teachers' flow play an important role in the long-term development of rural education.This study starts from rural primary education and studies the problem of teachers' flow.In order to study the problem of rural primary school teachers' flow,we first reviewed and collated relevant literatures at home and abroad,summarize the scholars' views on teacher flow issues and related solutions,so as to have an overall understanding of the teacher flow problem.Subsequently,this study takes the rural primary school in C Town,G County,Henan Province as an example.Through the questionnaire survey method,the teacher's basic situation and the current situation of teachers' flow and the flow factors are investigated.According to the questionnaire survey results,the interview outline is further adjusted.Teachers and leaders in the region conducted interviews to understand the underlying causes of the flow of primary school teachers in rural areas.Through the analysis of the survey results,it is found that the factors affecting the flow of rural primary school teachers are: from the perspective of government factors,the government's inclination to rural teachers is not strong;from the economic factors,there are differences between urban and rural economic development,teachers' wage income is low;In view of the fact,the school's teacher management system is imperfect,the school leadership's management philosophy and ability,and the school's hardware level are low;in terms of social factors,teachers' social status is generally low,interpersonal relationships are difficult to handle,and the “temptation” of surrounding private schools.From the perspective of teachers themselves,the workplace is relatively remote,teachers lack opportunities for promotion,personal ability has not been improved,and personal value has not been realized.Based on the analysis of the causes,this paper also proposes some corresponding solutions.From the perspective of the government,it is necessary to increase government investment,strengthen government policy support,and improve the recruitment and training system for teachers.From an economic point of view,we will strengthen and guarantee the wages and benefits of teachers,meet the basic needs of teachers,and provide teachers with convenient material security.From the perspective of schools,schools should focus on improving the professional development of teachers,improving the teaching level of teachers,accelerating the construction of infrastructure,gradually changing management concepts,and strengthening the interest in teachers.From a social point of view,it is necessary to strengthen the social status of teachers and enhance the happiness of teachers' work.From the personal point of view of teachers,it is necessary to comprehensively improve the professional knowledge level and professional ethics of teachers,comprehensively improve the overall quality of teachers,and cultivate correct values.The purpose of this study is to conduct an in-depth investigation and study of primary school teachers in C County,G County,to understand the problems of rural primary school teachers' flow and the influencing factors of rural primary school teachers' mobility,and to seek strategies to solve these problems.The government,the education sector,schools and the society are called upon to give rural primary school teachers enough attention and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.This research is not only specific theoretical value,but also important practical significance.
