Nowadays in China, education problem has caught the whole society unprecedcntedly high attention. And the demand to lighten the students'load has also become the common voice of the society. This article tries to make a deeper investigation and reseach on the subject of heaviness on education.The article consists of four parts.Part Ⅰ Analyse the current condition to the full that students, educators, families and society are bearing the severe pressures on education, proceeding from the topic that the students' burden in our country is too heavy at present.Part Ⅱ Stress the harmful effects that the pressures of education produce on students, educators, families and society.Part Ⅲ Multidimentionally probe into the causes why the education of China is so serious, from different angles of history and reality as well as exterior and interior.Part Ⅳ Systematically put forward the countermeasuresagainst the problem of education heaviness.The article strives to express such an idea that the education of China will enter an brilliant period again only as the whole society pays high attention to the problem of education heaviness and also spares no efforts to solve it.
