This paper using Teacher Efficacy Questionnaire, Cattell Sixteen Personality Factor Question- naire, Tennessee Self Concept Scale and SCL ?90. Through 337 middle school teachers in Guiyang are investigated, the results showed that: At the first, in middle school, teachers personal teaching efficacy is higher than general teach- ing efficacy. The teaching efficacy of the middle school teacher is related with his teaching age. The middle school teacher has lower teaching efficacy in the initial period of working. It increased gradu- ally again. Teacher has the highest teaching efficacy which working in the general middle school then has lower one the emphasis middle school, and then in the technical middle school. The second, teaching efficacy of the middle school teacher?s and its two dimensional forms has firm relation to self concept total positive include physical forms has. Personal self, family self, so- cial self, identity, self satisfaction, behavior. It has a little relation with moral ethical self, self crit- icism. The third, teaching efficacy of the middle school teachers and it- two dimensional fonns relates clearly with smart degree. Stability, constancy comageous, Self managing inl6PF checklist, and has opposite relation with suspect, anxiety, tight. The last, the personal teaching efficacy of the middle school teacher?s has opposite relation to the phobia anxiety in symptom clearly, The general teaching efficacy and it dimensions has little op- posite relation to the total cmcial score and its all kinds of cnixes.
