Study Of Substitute Teachers In Primary Schools

Substitute teachers have been existing in primary school of China. A research on substitute teachers is needed assessment on the advantages and disadvantages of the substitute teachers in primary school by describing their situations and analyzing their causes. On this basis the author puts forward the ways to solve the problem of the substitute teachers in primary school.
