In 1980s a large number of substitute teachers, which in 1997 exceeded one million, and reached its peak, appeared after stopping stocking private teachers. During two decades, the development of Substitute teachers, who put their hard dedication, teaching, development of basic education in rural China, occupies a very important position. The research is based on the history and development of substitute teachers, to achieve the following two purposes:first, for the spiritual heritage of substitute teachers; second is to sum up the experience of the course of development of substitute teachers. Thus, we can have a reasonable construction of rural teachers, and promote the development of rural education.This article is divided into the five parts:introduction, three parts of the body and the conclusion of the fifth parts.Chapter One:Introduction Part is mainly included by the concept of substitute teachers to explain the topics of the reason, meaning, the status of substitute teachers and research methodsChapterâ…¡:elaborated on China's emergence and development of substitute teachers'course.
