In this study, Substitute teachers is a focus, that is, I want to analyze the status of Substitute teachers by the micro perspective, in order to show another side of their current living conditions. The identity of Substitute teachers results in social construction and self-construction, social needs and individual choice will just be the reasons why Substitute teachers come to the stage of history. Our country's teachers are the combination of "legal status" and the "facts status", however, Substitute teachers are marginalized because they do not have the "legal status" and "Real Identity". Substitute teachers have a double identity which defined by the double structures, that they are "teachers" while the "temporary", Substitute teachers faced with the embarrassment of dual identity, they are excluded from school. The status of substitute teachers do bring them the material and spiritual dimensions of inequality and relative deprivation. I have combed a lot of information from interviews with Substitute teachers, after carding and analyzing, I discuss the Substitute teachers' duality of identity, identity anxiety and disintegration, and the problem of identity and change, we will find that the status of Substitute teachers lead to difficulties they faced. Although a study on the status of Substitute teachers, but I expect to express that the ultimate goal of this study are:to draw the attention of the field of education to reflect on Substitute teachers issue and policies, I hope they can solve the problem of Substitute teachers fairly and objective; I hope the community really cares about and try to achieve the implementation of policy issues, in order to achieve the material placement and psychological transition during the change process of the identity of Substitute teachers.
