Students' Course Of Conduct Management Studies

Against the fact that, in students' behavior man?agement in modern institutions of higher learning, more importance has been attached to the results than to the process, which has re?sulted in a serious waste of human resources, the thought of behavior process management is brought forward here. Based on the analysis of behaving, behaving process, behaving results and Their character?istics , the rationality of behavior process management thought is an?alyzed theoretically and practically . In addition, the theoretical mod?el of college students' group and individual behavior process man?agement is formed ; the handling function of college students ' behav?ior process management is also treated in this paper.Meanwhile,ac?cording to the particularity of college students not only as a behaving subject but also as a management object,this paper advances a view of combination between process management and process instruction from the point of view of the subject and object s interaction in management process.
